Advisory Associate in Managed Accounting + Advisory Services

We are excited to be recruiting for an Advisory Associate to join our Managed Accounting + Advisory Services team.  Through transformative technology solutions, streamlined accounting processes, and proactive advice by our team, our Advisory Associates provide modernized outsourced accounting services customized to our clients' needs.

Advisory Associates are responsible for supporting clients in the areas of accounting system design and implementation, bookkeeping and accounting, tax and compliance, and financial operations. They will assist with client’s financial operations needs using technology solutions to drive accurate and timely bill payment, payroll activity, corporate credit card management, expense reimbursements, and invoicing.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong business acumen and analytical mindset.  They will be able to manage multiple responsibilities in the face of competing priorities.  They will identify with the Guiding Principles of our Advisors, which include Exceeding Expectations, a “Can-Do” Approach, Ownership and Accountability, Entrepreneurialism, Proactive and Professional Communication, “Positive-Vibes” Only, and be Team Players. The start date for this position will occur in February or March 2019.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CGMA eligibility not required, although supported as part of continuing education pursuits.  
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge/some practical use with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting applications.
