We believe our audit and other attestation services are superior when compared to our competition.  There are three key areas that clearly distinguish us:

Communication

We believe communication with our clients is of the utmost importance.  Communication should take place year round, not just come audit time.  We want to be advised when anything of significance happens with a client as it helps us out with audit planning (and may have tax implications).  Good communication helps us be a better part of your team.  Also, as part of our audit process, we regularly communicate with Boards of Directors and Audit/Finance Committees.

Experienced Staff

We have a low staff turnover rate.  Accordingly, our clients do not feel like a training ground for new staff.  We are sensitive to our clients’ needs, and staff our audit engagements accordingly.

Price

Our pricing structure tends to result in significantly lower rates than the national and regional firms, yet we are still able to supply an extremely high level of service.  We are registered with the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board (“the PCAOB”), so we can audit SEC registrants (and at a reasonable price).  We also work with Sarbanes-Oxley rules on a regular basis.
