
Phillip L. Jordan, Senior Consultant to the Firm
Professional ExperienceMr. Jordan joined Peterson Sullivan as a Senior Consultant to the Firm in early 2006. He specializes in audit and SEC compliance and works primarily with Peterson Sullivan’s public clients. He also is actively involved in the Firm’s practice development activities. Phil has 40 years experience in public accounting, senior corporate management, financial and strategic consulting, and investment banking. He has been a member of the National SEC Consulting Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, an SEC reviewer and partner at Moss Adams, an investor in and CEO of two startup companies, and CFO of two publicly traded companies. He has a broad range of experience in both private and public equity, debt, and merger and acquisition transactions. He also has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and acting as an expert witness. Immediately prior to joining Peterson Sullivan, he spent nearly two years consulting with a Fortune 50 company in its compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. His clients at Peterson Sullivan include companies reporting under SEC rules or companies that are looking to go public by either initial public offerings or reverse merger acquisitions. EducationPhil received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Personal ActivitiesPhil resides in Seattle and is married with one son, who in 2006 also graduated from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, the Seattle Tennis Club, and the Seattle Yacht Club. His hobbies include skiing, sailing, tennis, golf, reading, and model railroads. |
