
Jim Schneidmiller, CPA, Partner
Professional ExperienceMr. Schneidmiller has spent his entire 30+ year public accounting career with Peterson Sullivan. His clients include individuals, trusts, estates, and a broad mix of retail, wholesale, real estate, and service businesses. He has significant experience advising business clients on entity formation, reorganization and liquidation, compliance issues (federal and multiple states’ tax returns), tax planning strategies, sales/use and excise tax returns, and employee benefit planning. He advises individual clients on tax planning strategies, federal and state tax compliance issues, and estate and gift planning and compliance. Jim regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Washington Department of Revenue on disputed tax issues. Jim also acts as the “quality control reviewer” for all tax returns prepared for the Firm’s automotive clients. Professional Activities
Civic ActivitiesJim is a member of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the St. Anne Parish Finance Council. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Seattle University teaching undergraduate classes in taxation.
