
David C. Lee, CPA, Partner
Professional ExperienceMr. Lee has over 30 years of public accounting experience. Now a Peterson Sullivan audit partner, David became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982 while he was an auditor with a national CPA firm in Nevada. He transferred to their Seattle office in 1988 and three years later came to Peterson Sullivan. Eventually, David moved on to acquire another firm, but returned to Peterson Sullivan as a partner in 2000. David is our firm’s SEC practice leader. Throughout his career, David has worked with small and mid-sized publicly traded and privately held companies, including telecommunications, technology, life sciences, casinos and hotels, construction contractors, land developers, manufacturers, development stage companies, and nonprofits, among others. Professional Activities
David has been a presenter and panel discussion leader for various technical topics including revenue recognition, auditors, independence, cloud computing, marketing, professional services, and others. Civic ActivitiesDavid is a member of the board of directors for Special Olympics of Washington. In the past, David has served on various nonprofit boards, including the Northwest Chamber Orchestra, Community Enterprises of Issaquah, Big Brothers of King and Clark Counties, Eastside Advisory Board, and North Issaquah Little League. EducationDavid received his business and accounting degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 1979. Personal ActivitiesWhenever he can, David enjoys the music, academics, and sports creations of his 3 children, one of whom is a pitcher in the Boston Red Sox organization. |
