Brett Rice, CPA, Senior Manager

Professional Experience

Mr. Rice has over 13 years of experience in public accounting. He has spent over half his career addressing companies’ financial and reporting requirements, and he is especially talented at proposing structured solutions to complex issues. Brett has extensive experience working with real estate developers and rental real estate investors, as well as small businesses, start-up businesses, and high net worth individuals.

Brett offers tax assistance to clients on numerous levels to ensure the efficient handling of personal and commercial tax needs. He specializes in preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for corporations and partnerships in addition to assisting clients with fiduciary and individual returns.

Education

Brett graduated from University of Wyoming in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In 1998, he received his Masters in Taxation from University of Colorado, Boulder.

Personal Activities

Brett enjoys the local restaurant and music scene, particulary the token “hole-in-the-wall” eateries and venues. He also never misses an opportunity to scuba dive while on vacation.
