office and directions
Traveling north on I-5 to Seattle:
- Take the Seneca Street exit, which is on the left (west) side of the northbound lanes of I-5. Stay in the right lane of the Seneca exit ramp.
- Turn right onto Sixth Avenue.
- Drive down Sixth Avenue for one block and get into the right-turn-optional lane at the traffic light. Do not take the first right which is an entrance back onto the freeway.
- Turn right on the other side of the freeway entrance barrier onto University and the street will take you under One Union and Two Union Squares.
- Turn left into the garage. There is free valet parking on Level B.
- Take the east garage elevator to our building lobby.
- Our elevators are in the mid-rise (center bank) section. We are the first stop, 23rd floor.
Traveling south on I-5 to Seattle
- Take the Union Street exit and stay in the left lane next to the sidewalk.
- Immediately at the end of the exit is a light at the intersection of Seventh and Union.
- Turn left at that first opportunity, you will be under Two Union Square.
- Turn right into the parking garage. There is free valet parking on Level B.
- Take the east garage elevator to our building lobby.

Traveling from Bellevue over SR 520:
- Take I-5 southbound and move to the right (west) side of the freeway.
- Take the Union Street exit and stay in the left lane next to the sidewalk.
- Immediately at the end of the exit is a light at the intersection of Seventh and Union.
- Turn left at that first opportunity, you will be under Two Union Square.

Traveling from I-90
- Take I-90 to I-5 North.
- On I-5, take the Madison Street exit.
- Turn left (west) on Madison, drive over I-5, and turn right (north) onto Sixth Avenue.
- Drive down Sixth Avenue for three blocks and get into the right-turn-optional lane at the traffic light. Do not take the first right which is an entrance back onto the freeway.
- Turn right on the other side of the freeway entrance barrier onto University and the street will take you under One Union and Two Union Squares.
